Collecting Wristbands
You will exchange your ticket for a wristband on the day and then it’s first-come, first-served into all venues.
Please note we cannot guarantee access to any show but there will always be something else live or coming very soon in another venue!
You need to collect a wristband, whether you have bought a ticket from (Ticket Tailor or Skiddle), or are on the guestlist.
There are two box offices to collect these from (see below)
Please, PLEASE (!!) be noted at peak periods, this might take a little bit of time if there are queues, so please give yourself ample time to collect if you are coming specifically for a show.
Box office will go as fast as we can but we really recommend coming as early as possible on the day!
BOX OFFICE 1 - Leytonstone Social (12.30pm till 11pm) - Harvey Rd, Bushwood, London E11 3DB
At Box Office 1, all ticket holders and guestlists can collect their wristbands.
BOX OFFICE 2 - St John's Church (2pm till 9.30pm) - 825 High Rd, Leytonstone, E11 1HH (enter from corner of Church Lane/Leytonstone High Road)
At Box Office 2, only ticket holders can collect a wristband here - not guestlist names.
PLEASE NOTE - 11pm will be the last chance to collect a wristband, the box office will be closed after that.
